He Really Does Love His Brother

Every night when tucking Jack and Alex into bed, we encourage the boys to tell each other goodnight. Alex is happy to wave bye to Jack, but Jack always turns his head away and says nothing. However, last night Jack fell asleep on the couch early. After awhile, I scooped Jack up to carry him to bed. As I laid him in his bed, he opened is eyes and groggily said, "Mom, give Alex a hug goodnight for me." He immediately fell back asleep. It made me smile. He really does love his brother.
